Where we sell
Currently we only sell to the United Kingdom mainland (anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales, but not Northern Ireland or any of the other islands, such as the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man etc).
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via SagePay or Paypal. Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Solo / Switch).
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Central Locksmiths have cleared in full.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Central Locksmiths monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Central Locksmiths reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. In the event that your order is declined, you shall receive a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All prices displayed are inclusive of delivery and tax, unless otherwise specified. Your order will be sent to you within 14 days, unless otherwise specified.
Credit Card Security When you wish to place your order, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
8. RETURNS a) Shop/telephone purchases. Returns for credit are only permitted with the Suppliers prior consent within 7 days from order. Such returns must be sent to the Seller freight pre-paid in unused re-saleable condition complete with any packaging provided, quoting all relevant invoice shipping information. A re-stocking charge may be charged. Any special order or bespoke items (including keys or workshop adapted items e.g keyed alike locks) cannot be returned for refund. Any refunds will not be given until the goods have been received by the Seller and being deemed to be fit for resale as new by the Seller.
b) Online purchases. The online shopper (Buyer) has the right to cancel their order within 7 days from placing the order or 7 days of receiving the goods (whichever is the longer). If an online shopper (Buyer) wishes to cancel their order, a refund will only be made if the goods are returned to the Seller (at the shoppers expense) within 7 working days from reciept, unused and are deemed to be in re-saleable condition with any packaging originally provided with the goods, quoting all relevant shipping/order information. A re-stocking charge may be charged. The Seller must be notified of any goods incorrectly ordered for refund within 7 days of placing order. The Seller must be notified of any goods to be returned beforehand, and a returning reference number will be issued to be clearly marked on the returned goods outer packaging. Goods will not be accepted without the correct returns reference number clearly marked on the packaging. Any special order or bespoke items (keys or workshop adapted items e.g keyed alike, master keyed products) cannot be returned for refund.

If the goods you have received are Faulty Please contact us immediately on 020 8330 4777 and we shall help you.
If your item is faulty and if it cannot be repaired we will arrange a replacement free of charge or you can opt for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your Consumer Rights
